We are looking forward to our ExAcT Lunch Teaching on 07.02.2024 with Prof. Dr. Doris Weßels from the Kiel University of Applied Sciences, Department of Economics with a lecture on the topic At high speed into a new era: Generative AI @ Campus.
The unbridled innovation dynamics of generative AI are accompanied by great potential, but also new challenges for educational organizations such as universities. In this presentation, the status quo of generative AI systems will first be defined, illustrated with concrete examples. It will then focus on the potential of using new AI-supported tools at universities, taking into account current limitations and ethical issues. Current study results on future skills for scientists and managers will be presented. Based on this, theses for the future of teaching and learning at universities will be formulated and supplemented by recommendations for action.
We look forward to your visit!
